PRIVACY POLICY AND EULA AGREEMENT
Last Updated: July 22, 2026
This document contains:
1. PRIVACY POLICY
2. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Please read this document carefully before using the Dual Chat: Web Login & Backup
mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App,
you agree to be bound by the terms herein.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. PRIVACY POLICY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dual Chat: Web Login & Backup ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting
your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard
your information when you use our mobile application.
1.1. INDEPENDENT SERVICE DISCLAIMER
Dual Chat: Web Login & Backup is an independent third-party utility. It is NOT
affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way
officially connected with WhatsApp LLC, WhatsApp Inc., Telegram FZ-LLC, Meta
Platforms Inc., or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. The official
WhatsApp website can be found at https://www.whatsapp.com and Telegram at
https://telegram.org.
1.2. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We design our App to respect your privacy and minimize data collection.
a) Chat Data, QR Codes, and Personal Messaging
- The App provides a WebView interface to load WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com)
and Telegram Web (web.telegram.org). All communication, message exchange,
login credentials, and sessions occur directly and securely between your
device and the official servers of WhatsApp and Telegram.
- We DO NOT intercept, read, collect, store, or transmit your messages, chats,
contacts, or login credentials on any external servers. Any session cookies or
local storage data required to keep you logged in are stored locally on your
device via standard iOS storage mechanisms (e.g., WKWebView cookie storage).
- QR code generation and scanning features (e.g., generating codes for text, URLs,
Wi-Fi networks, contacts, location, etc.) are processed entirely on your device.
No QR data or scanned contents are uploaded to our servers.
b) Local Reminders and Text Utilities
- The App allows you to configure local reminders and notifications. These
reminders are scheduled locally on your device and do not involve server-side
tracking.
- Text repeating utilities process text locally on your device and are never
sent to external servers.
c) Device & Diagnostic Information
- We may receive anonymous, aggregated usage statistics and crash logs to help
us improve the App. This data is collected through third-party services such
as Firebase.
1.3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PARTNERS
To provide, monetize, and improve the App, we integrate third-party Software
Development Kits (SDKs). These services may collect information used to
identify your device under their respective privacy policies:
a) Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) & User Messaging Platform (UMP)
- The App uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and app open ads.
- If you consent via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and Google's
UMP consent form, AdMob may use device identifiers (such as IDFA) to serve
personalized ads.
- You can manage your ad preferences and consent settings at any time in the
in-app settings menu or through your iOS device settings.
b) Firebase (Google Firebase SDKs)
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to track app crashes, reliability,
and user interactions anonymously to help us debug and optimize performance.
- Firebase Remote Config: Used to remotely adjust settings, parameters, and
layouts in the App without requiring a store update.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to send push notifications to your device
if you have granted notification permissions.
For more details on how these third-party platforms handle data, please refer to:

1.4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe
we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately
so we can delete it.
1.5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will indicate
updates by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued
use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated
terms.

defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property
infringement claim.

Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on
any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
3.8. NO AFFILIATION AND USER CONDUCT CONSTRAINTS
- This App acts as a web browser client for third-party web services. You must
have valid, registered accounts on the respective platforms (WhatsApp or

- Any violation of WhatsApp’s or Telegram's terms of service that results in
account suspension, termination, or device ban is your sole responsibility.
The developer will not be held liable for any such outcomes.
3.9. THIRD PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENT
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the
App. For example, if you use WhatsApp Web or Telegram Web through the App, you
must not violate their respective terms of service.
3.10. THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARY

Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be
deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-
party beneficiary thereof.
